Things people always ask.
frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No contracts — ever. All care plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 7 days notice. We’re confident you’ll stay because the results speak for themselves.
What if my site isn't on WordPress?
We work across WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, HubSpot, and Wix. If you’re not sure what platform your site is on, just share the URL — we’ll figure it out.
What does "1 hour of edits" actually mean?
It covers small content changes, design tweaks, adding a new page section, or fixing a bug. Hours don’t roll over, but we’re flexible — if something takes a few extra minutes, we won’t charge you for it.
How do you get access to my website?
We’ll ask for WordPress admin (or platform equivalent) and hosting credentials. Everything is stored securely in a password manager, and access is removed immediately if you ever cancel.
What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?
We jump on it immediately. Site recovery from backup is included in all plans. If you’ve been hacked, we identify and remove malware, patch the vulnerability, and restore your site. Every incident is documented in your monthly report.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately, downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer one-time fixes, or only monthly plans?
Both. We offer one-time speed optimization, SEO setup, site audits, and tech troubleshooting starting from $75/hr. That said, most clients find the monthly Care Plan more cost-effective once they see what’s involved in keeping a site properly maintained.
How quickly will I see results on speed or SEO?
Speed improvements are immediate — typically within the first engagement. SEO health improvements show up within days of implementation. Ranking improvements in Google take longer, but the technical foundation is in place from day one.
